AIddiction is a recovery coach that lives in your pocket. Whether you're trying to quit something, build a habit, or claw back hours from your screen, it tracks the behavior, shows up at the right moments, and coaches you through the hard parts with context it actually remembers.

It's built around the loop addiction lives in: the craving, the choice, the aftermath. AIddiction helps you log the craving, get through it, and watch a streak grow that's hard-won enough to mean something.

How it works

Set what you're working on, check in daily, and lean on the coach when a craving spikes. AIddiction supports multiple AI providers — Apple Intelligence on-device and Anthropic's Claude — and unlocks the full coaching experience through a Plus subscription via StoreKit.

Where it is

AIddiction is in active development on iOS, built with SwiftUI. Core tracking, check-ins, and coaching are in place; recent work has focused on the AI service layer.
