ContextLimit LLC
Terms of use
Last updated: October 27, 2026.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the websites, apps, games and other software products operated or distributed by ContextLimit LLC (“ContextLimit”, “we”, “us”), including TileNews and all other products listed on contextlimit.llc. By downloading, installing or using a ContextLimit product, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.
License and app store terms
Subject to your compliance with these terms, ContextLimit grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our software for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. For apps downloaded through the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).
Purchases, subscriptions and unlocks
- In-app purchases and one-time unlocks: Certain products (such as TileNews Lifetime Unlock or game chapter unlocks) offer one-time non-consumable unlocks tied to your store account. You can restore eligible purchases on devices signed in to the same Apple, Google or Steam account.
- Auto-renewing subscriptions: Where a product offers recurring subscriptions (such as TileNews Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly or Ultra Monthly), payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Account Settings at any time.
- Refunds: Billing and refund requests for store purchases are handled directly by Apple, Google or Steam under their respective store policies.
Third-party content, RSS feeds and AI features
Products such as TileNews let you subscribe to and view RSS/Atom feeds and web pages published by third parties. ContextLimit does not control, endorse or assume responsibility for third-party feeds, websites, articles or publishers. Trademarks, headlines and article contents remain the property of their respective owners.
AI-generated summaries, consolidations, translations, coaching and notifications are automated outputs provided for convenience only. They may contain inaccuracies or omissions and do not constitute professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Always verify important information against the original source.
Where a product lets you supply your own API key (such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini), you are responsible for your account with that provider, any usage charges incurred on your key, and compliance with that provider’s terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our products or services, interfere with their normal operation, circumvent subscription or access controls, scrape or redistribute hosted endpoints, or use our products in violation of applicable law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContextLimit products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContextLimit LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of our products, or for an amount exceeding the amount you paid to ContextLimit in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
