These Terms of Use govern your use of the RelAI mobile application for iOS (llc.contextlimit.RelAI) and Android (llc.contextlimit.relai) provided by ContextLimit LLC (“ContextLimit”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using RelAI, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service (Not Medical or Therapy Care)
RelAI is a self-guided communication and reflection tool powered by artificial intelligence. It is not a healthcare provider, licensed therapist, marriage counselor, psychologist, or medical device.
Guidance generated by RelAI is for informational and educational communication support only and must not be relied upon as professional clinical, psychological, legal, or medical advice. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, domestic abuse, or an emergency, stop using the app immediately and contact local emergency services (such as 911 or 988 in the United States).
2. Participant Consent & Acceptable Use
When using RelAI with a partner or another person, you are responsible for obtaining the clear consent of all participants before recording voice audio or entering shared conversation transcripts. You agree not to use RelAI for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable local, state, or federal law.
3. Free Trial Quota & RelAI Plus Subscriptions
- Free Included Usage: RelAI includes 3 free sessions and 3 free guided responses, along with on-device AI capabilities on supported hardware.
- RelAI Plus Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: RelAI Plus is offered as a monthly (
$9.99/month) or annual ($79.99/year) auto-renewable subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. - Billing & Cancellation: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
4. Intellectual Property & Your Content
You retain ownership of the conversation entries and context notes you create in RelAI. The RelAI app, interface, design, and software are owned by ContextLimit LLC and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
RelAI and all AI-generated reflections are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable suggestions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContextLimit LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of RelAI.
6. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you downloaded RelAI from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and ContextLimit LLC only, not Apple Inc., and that Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for RelAI. Your use of the iOS app is also subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
